Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Curtains ship folded flat in slim boxes — a shower curtain does not need a big parcel, so most orders travel as a single lightweight package with tracking attached.

Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as the label is printed. The link goes live at the carrier’s first scan, which can lag by up to a day — an empty tracking page on the first evening is normal, not a lost parcel.
We deliver to all 50 states. Alaska, Hawaii and rural routes tend to land at the far end of the windows above; APO/FPO addresses ship Standard only.
